We do our best for our customers and treat our customers with respect. We recommend that you spend as much time as you need to choose the correct tattoo, please think about it. We will give you the very best advice we can. After choosing your tattoo, advice on the best place to have it and the best size to have it will be given. We will alter a design so that is exactly as you want it. Never rush into having a tattoo, it’s for life.
Prices for tattoos can vary. We operate a custom shop, so we cannot offer a generic price for every tattoo. We must give estimates based on the size, technicality, supplies used and time involved. Prices start with our shop minimum of $80 and ranging upwards to the thousands for very large projects. An artist can give a rough estimate based on a description of the project you are asking about.
♦ Bookings are essential and must be accompanied with a deposit in person to allow the time needed to sort out your design and eliminate time-wasters.
♦ Deposits are non refundable, but are transferable with at least 48 hours notice.
♦ If you wish to change the design of your tattoo once it has been prepared, you may be charged a drawing fee. Any changes require at least a week’s notice. Our artists work hard, please don’t waste their time or effort.
♦ Our staff are professionals and will be organized for your appointment and will try to run on time. If we are running late we will contact you to let you know. To help ensure continuity, please be on time for your appointment. Early is great!
♦ We do not tattoo people who are drunk, hung-over, late, tired, smelly, in a hurry, with a bad mood or bad manners.
♦ If you are loud, obnoxious or disrespectful to any of the staff or clients that are in our studio then you will be asked to leave and not return. This is a professional and courteous studio. Please have understanding and respect when entering Waihi Tattoo.
♦ If you chose to bring your child into our studio, please bring someone else with you to care for them if you are getting tattooed. We are not responsible for your children or their actions. Noise is to be kept to a minimum so that way our artists can concentrate in comfort. If there is running and screaming you will be asked kindly to take your child out of our studio. We do understand how children can get sometimes and this is why we ask you to keep them on their best behaviour when visiting Waihi Tattoo
♦ You are welcome to bring a support person to the studio and they can relax in the reception area while you are being tattooed. Spectators are not permitted into the tattoo room or adjacent drawing room.
♦ Minimum tattoo price: $80.
♦ All prices are subject to change, according to placement, colour and changes made.
♦ Age restrictions 18 years for tattooing, 16 years for piercings.
♦ We do not sell supplies or teach tattooing.
♦ No credit or trades.
♦ There are NO EFTPOS or credit card facilities in the studio.
♦ We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
